이상혁(이하 "운영자")은 "하루 한 그림"(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다.
1. 수집하는 정보

- 정확한 위치(GPS)는 수집하지 않습니다.
- 이름, 전화번호, 사진, 연락처는 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 서비스 제공: 오늘의 주제, 그림 저장, 세계 지도와 나라별 평균 그림, 닮은 그림 찾기
- 계정 관리: 로그인, 기기 변경 시 그림 복원, 연속 기록 유지
- 안전한 운영: 부적절한 그림 검토, 신고 처리, 반복 위반자 제재
- 연령에 맞는 기능 제한
- 알림 발송(동의한 경우), 서비스 개선을 위한 통계
3. 보관 기간
- 계정·그림: 계정 삭제 시까지. 삭제 요청 후 30일 안에 파기합니다.
- 익명 이용자: 마지막 사용 후 2년이 지나면 파기합니다.
- 신고·제재 기록: 반복 위반 방지를 위해 1년 보관 후 파기합니다.
- 법령에서 보관을 요구하는 정보(예: 결제 기록)는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 세계 지도에 공개되는 정보
- 공개한 그림, 나라/지역, 날짜. 닉네임은 이용자가 공개를 켠 경우에만 보입니다.
- "나만 볼게요"로 저장한 그림은 공개되지 않습니다.
- 공개된 그림은 나라별 평균 그림을 만드는 데 쓰입니다. 그림을 지우면 다음 갱신부터 평균에서 빠집니다.

- 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 맞춤 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
- AI 기능(맞히기, 이어 그리기)은 기기 안에서 처리하며 외부 AI 서비스로 보내지 않습니다.
6. 국외 이전
서비스 제공(계약 이행)에 필요해 아래와 같이 개인정보를 국외로 이전합니다 (「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8 제1항 제3호).

- 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 앱 사용을 멈추고 계정을 삭제하면 됩니다. 이전 없이는 서비스를 제공할 수 없습니다.
- 사용 통계와 오류 기록은 이름, 이메일, 그림 내용을 담지 않습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
- 앱에서 직접: 내 그림 내보내기, 닉네임 변경, 공개 끄기, 계정 삭제
- 그 밖의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청: support@everydraw.co.kr

8. 아동의 개인정보
- 만 14세 미만(국가별 기준 연령 미만) 이용자는 그리기와 스케치북만 쓸 수 있고, 세계 지도 공개·로그인·닉네임 기능은 쓸 수 없습니다.
- 기준 연령 미만 아동의 정보가 법정대리인 동의 없이 수집된 것을 알게 되면 바로 삭제합니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 전송 구간 암호화 (HTTPS/TLS), 저장 데이터 암호화 (AES-256)
- 데이터베이스 행 단위 접근 제어: 이용자는 자기 정보와 공개된 그림만 볼 수 있음
- 관리자 권한 키는 서버에만 두고 앱에 넣지 않음. 관리자 계정은 2단계 인증 사용
- 비밀번호를 받지 않음 (Apple·Google 로그인만 사용). 출생 연도는 저장하지 않음
- 매일 백업, 접근 기록 보관, 개발 환경과 운영 환경 분리

11. 변경
방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전) 앱 공지로 알립니다.

Lee Sang Hyuk ("we") operates "Everydraw" (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect and why.
1. What we collect

We do not collect precise location, names, phone numbers, photos or contacts.
2. Why we use it
Running the Service (topics, saving drawings, world map, average drawings, similar drawings), managing accounts and restoring drawings, keeping the community safe (review, reports, enforcement), age-appropriate feature limits, notifications (if allowed), and aggregate analytics.
3. Retention
Account and drawings until you delete your account; deleted within 30 days of a request. Anonymous users: deleted 2 years after last use. Report and enforcement records: 1 year. Data required by law (e.g. purchase records) is kept for the legal period.
4. What is public
Drawings you post, your country/region and the date. Your nickname only if you turn it on. Drawings kept private are never shown. Public drawings are used to build per-country average drawings; deleted drawings leave the average at the next update.
5. Service providers
Supabase, Inc. (storage, sign-in, notification server), PostHog, Inc. (analytics), Functional Software, Inc. / Sentry (crash reporting), Apple Inc. and Google LLC (sign-in, push, distribution). We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted ads. AI features run on your device and are not sent to third-party AI services.
6. International transfers
We transfer data abroad because it is needed to provide the Service:

Transfers to Singapore and the US rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in each provider's data processing agreement, and for US providers also on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where they are certified. If you don't want these transfers, stop using the app and delete your account; we can't run the Service without them. Analytics and crash data never include your name, email or drawings.
7. Your rights
In the app: export drawings, change nickname, turn off public posting, delete account. Other requests (access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection): support@everydraw.co.kr. Web deletion request: the account deletion page. EU/UK users may also complain to their data protection authority.
8. Children
Users under the age threshold for their country (14 in Korea, 13 in the US, 13–16 in the EU) can draw and use their sketchbook only; posting to the world map, sign-in and nicknames are disabled. If we learn we collected a child's data without required consent, we delete it.
9. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256); row-level access control so users can only read their own data and public drawings; admin keys kept on the server only, with two-factor authentication on admin accounts; no passwords collected (Apple/Google sign-in only); birth year not stored; daily backups, access logging, and separate development and production environments.

11. Changes
We announce changes in the app 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that affect your rights).
