자주 묻는 질문
계정이 없어도 그릴 수 있나요?
네. 그리기, 스케치북 저장, 세계 지도 구경은 로그인 없이 언제든 할 수 있어요. 다만 로그인하지 않은 채 앱을 지우면 그림을 되살릴 수 없어요.
왜 네 번째 그림부터 로그인해야 하나요?
세계 지도에 그림을 올릴 때만 로그인이 필요해요. 공개 그림을 계정 단위로 관리해야 규칙을 어기는 사람을 막을 수 있고, 기기를 바꿔도 그림과 연속 기록이 남아요. 로그인하지 않으려면 “이번엔 나만 볼게요”를 고르세요. 그림은 스케치북에 남고, 나중에 로그인하면 함께 올릴 수 있어요. 로그인은 Apple 또는 Google로만 해요.
나이 제한이 있나요?
나라별 기준 연령(한국 만 14세, 미국 13세, EU 국가별 13~16세) 미만이면 그리기와 스케치북만 쓸 수 있고, 세계 지도 공개·로그인·닉네임은 쓸 수 없어요. 처음 실행할 때 출생 연도를 물어보며, 연도 자체는 저장하지 않아요.
불쾌한 그림은 어떻게 신고하거나 차단하나요?
세계 지도에서 그림을 열고 신고하기 또는 이 사용자 차단을 누르세요. 신고는 24시간 안에 확인을 시작하고, 신고가 쌓인 그림은 먼저 숨겨져요. 차단한 사용자는 설정 → 차단한 사용자에서 관리해요.
AI 기능은 내 그림을 어디로 보내나요?
보내지 않아요. “AI가 맞혀요”와 “이어 그려줘”는 기기 안에서 동작하고, 외부 AI 서비스로 그림을 보내지 않아요. AI가 이어 그린 선이 들어간 그림에는 “AI 도움” 표시가 붙어요. 설정 → AI 이어 그리기를 끄면 버튼이 사라져요.
알림은 어떻게 바꾸나요?
설정 → 알림에서 새 주제 알림을 켜고 끄거나 알림 시간을 바꿀 수 있어요(기본 오전 9시). 주제 알림과 연속 기록 알림은 하루 최대 2건이고 광고는 넣지 않아요. 내 그림이 내려가는 등 꼭 알아야 할 알림은 휴대폰 설정에서만 끌 수 있어요.
계정은 어떻게 삭제하나요?
앱에서 스케치북 → 설정 → 계정 삭제를 누르세요. 앱을 쓸 수 없다면 계정 삭제 페이지에서 이메일로 요청할 수 있어요.

Can I draw without an account?
Yes. Drawing, saving to your sketchbook and browsing the world map all work without signing in. If you delete the app without signing in, your drawings can't be restored.
Why do I need to sign in from my 4th drawing?
Sign-in is only needed to post to the world map. Tying public drawings to an account lets us stop people who break the rules, and keeps your drawings and streak when you change phones. Prefer not to? Choose “Keep it private this time”: the drawing stays in your sketchbook and you can post it after signing in later. Sign-in is Apple or Google only.
Is there an age limit?
If you are under the age threshold for your country (14 in Korea, 13 in the US, 13–16 in the EU depending on the country), you can draw and use your sketchbook, but posting to the world map, sign-in and nicknames are turned off. We ask for your birth year on first launch and don't store the year itself.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the drawing on the world map and tap Report or Block this user. We start reviewing reports within 24 hours, and drawings with several reports are hidden first. Manage blocked users in Settings → Blocked users.
Where do the AI features send my drawing?
Nowhere. “AI guess” and “Help me finish” run on your device; drawings are not sent to third-party AI services. Drawings with AI-drawn strokes get an “AI helped” label. Turn off Settings → AI help to hide the button.
How do I change notifications?
Go to Settings → Notifications to turn new-topic alerts on or off and pick the time (9:00 AM by default). Topic and streak reminders are at most two a day and never contain ads. Essential notices, such as a drawing of yours being taken down, can only be turned off in your phone's settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, tap Sketchbook → Settings → Delete account. If you can't use the app, request deletion by email from the account deletion page.
