1. 서비스

"하루 한 그림"(이하 "서비스")은 매일 같은 주제로 그림을 그리고, 세계 지도에서 다른 나라·지역 사람들의 그림을 구경하는 서비스입니다. 이상혁(이하 "운영자")이 운영합니다.

2. 이용

• 로그인 없이 그리기와 스케치북을 쓸 수 있습니다.
• 세계 지도 공개는 처음 공개할 때 이 약관과 커뮤니티 규칙에 동의해야 하며, 일정 수 이상(현재 네 번째 그림부터)은 로그인이 필요합니다.
• 나라별 기준 연령(한국 만 14세, 미국 13세, EU 국가별 13~16세) 미만은 세계 지도 공개, 로그인, 닉네임을 쓸 수 없습니다.

3. 커뮤니티 규칙

세계 지도는 전 세계 누구나 봅니다. 아래 규칙을 지켜 주세요.

1. 주제에 맞는, 누구나 봐도 괜찮은 그림만 올립니다.
2. 다음 그림은 올릴 수 없습니다. 성적인 그림, 폭력·자해를 미화하는 그림, 혐오 표현(인종, 민족, 종교, 성별, 성적 지향, 장애 등), 특정인을 괴롭히거나 조롱하는 그림, 불법 행위를 조장하는 그림, 광고·홍보.
3. 개인정보를 쓰지 않습니다. 이름, 연락처, 주소, SNS 계정 등을 글씨로 쓰지 않습니다.
4. 남의 작품을 베끼지 않습니다. 저작권이 있는 캐릭터·로고를 그대로 옮겨 그리는 것도 포함합니다.

운영자는 규칙을 어긴 그림을 용납하지 않습니다. 신고나 자동 검사로 발견된 그림은 숨기고, 반복하거나 심한 경우 공개 권한을 영구히 막거나 계정을 정지합니다.

4. 신고와 차단

• 모든 공개 그림에서 신고할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 신고를 받으면 24시간 안에 검토를 시작합니다.
• 신고가 쌓인 그림은 검토 전에 자동으로 숨겨질 수 있습니다.
• 사용자를 차단하면 그 사용자의 그림이 내 화면에 보이지 않습니다.

5. 그림의 권리

• 그림의 저작권은 그린 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 이용자는 공개한 그림에 대해 운영자에게 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위의 무상·비독점·전 세계 이용 권한을 줍니다. 범위: 세계 지도와 나라별 화면에 보여 주기, 평균 그림 만들기, 닮은 그림 찾기, 공유 카드 만들기, 서비스 홍보 화면에 익명으로 보여 주기.
• 그림을 지우거나 공개를 끄면 그 이후로는 새로 쓰지 않습니다. 이미 만들어진 평균 그림은 다음 갱신 때 반영됩니다.

6. AI 기능

• "AI가 맞혀요"와 "이어 그려줘"는 기기 안에서 동작합니다. 결과가 정확하지 않을 수 있습니다.
• AI가 이어 그린 선이 들어간 그림에는 "AI 도움" 표시가 붙습니다.

7. 유료 기능

• 유료 기능은 Apple App Store, Google Play 결제로만 판매합니다. 환불은 각 스토어 정책을 따릅니다.
• 구독은 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 해지는 각 스토어의 구독 관리에서 할 수 있습니다.

8. 계정 삭제와 서비스 중단

• 이용자는 언제든 앱 설정이나 계정 삭제 페이지에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 운영자가 서비스를 끝낼 때는 30일 전에 앱에서 알리고, 그림을 내보낼 기간을 드립니다.

9. 책임의 제한

• 운영자의 고의 또는 과실로 이용자에게 손해가 생기면 관련 법령에 따라 배상합니다.
• 다음 경우에는 운영자에게 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 천재지변, 통신·클라우드 업체 장애처럼 운영자가 막을 수 없는 이유로 서비스가 멈춘 경우
• 이용자의 기기·네트워크 문제나 이용자 잘못으로 생긴 손해
• 다른 이용자가 올린 그림 때문에 이용자 사이에 생긴 분쟁 (운영자는 신고를 받으면 4항에 따라 처리합니다)
• 무료 기능에서 그림 등 데이터가 사라지면 운영자는 복구에 힘쓰며, 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없으면 배상 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 유료 기능을 쓰지 못한 경우는 각 스토어의 환불 정책과 관련 법령을 따릅니다.
• 이 조항은 소비자 보호 법령이 이용자에게 보장하는 권리를 줄이지 않습니다.

10. 준거법과 분쟁

대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 다만 이용자가 사는 나라의 소비자 보호 법령이 더 유리하면 그 법령이 적용됩니다.

1. The Service

"Everydraw" lets you draw a shared daily topic and see drawings from other countries and regions on a world map. Operated by Lee Sang Hyuk.

2. Using the Service

Drawing and your sketchbook work without an account. Posting to the world map requires agreeing to these Terms and the Community Rules on your first post, and signing in after a few drawings (currently from your 4th). Users under the age threshold for their country (14 in Korea, 13 in the US, 13–16 in the EU) cannot post, sign in or use nicknames.

3. Community Rules

1. Post only drawings that fit the topic and are OK for anyone to see.
2. Not allowed: sexual content, content glorifying violence or self-harm, hate (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.), harassment or mockery of real people, illegal activity, ads or promotion.
3. No personal info: don't write names, contacts, addresses or social handles.
4. Don't copy others' work, including copyrighted characters and logos.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. Violating drawings are hidden; repeated or serious violations lead to permanent loss of posting or account suspension.

4. Reports and blocking

Every public drawing can be reported. We start reviewing reports within 24 hours. Drawings with multiple reports may be hidden automatically before review. Blocking a user hides their drawings from you. Contact: support@everydraw.co.kr

5. Your drawings

You own your drawings. By posting, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to show them on the world map and country pages, include them in average drawings, match similar drawings, create share cards, and show them anonymously in Service promotion. Deleting a drawing or turning off posting stops new uses; averages update at the next refresh.

6. AI features

"AI guess" and "Help me finish" run on your device and may be wrong. Drawings with AI-drawn strokes carry an "AI helped" label.

7. Paid features

Sold only through the App Store and Google Play; refunds follow each store's policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the store's subscription settings.

8. Deleting your account

Delete anytime in Settings or at the account deletion page. If we shut down the Service, we will notify you in the app 30 days ahead and let you export your drawings.

9. Limitation of liability

We compensate damage caused by our intent or negligence as required by law. Unless we act intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not liable for: outages beyond our control (natural disasters, network or cloud provider failures); damage caused by your device, network or your own actions; disputes between users over posted drawings (we still handle reports as described in section 4); or loss of data in free features, which we will try to restore. Problems with paid features follow each store's refund policy and applicable law. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

Laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving you of protections under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
